| Notes |
- Albert Furmidge died aged 19 years old at Nottingham General Hospital as a result of complications from appendicitis. He had attended Stapleford Boys’ School and been a member of the Stapleford Group of Sea Scouts. At the time of his death he was employed by Messrs. Jones, Stroud, Ltd., Long Eaton. His funeral took place on Tuesday 6th October 1936 at Stapleford Cemetery. (Source: The Long Eaton Advertiser published 9th October 1936).
