Notes

Jessie was living at 104, Parliament Street, Middlesbrough with her aunt and uncle, John William and Mary Agnes Prior (Mary Agnes was her mother’s younger sister) at the time of her death. Jessie sadly took her own life on 10th or 11th January. She had complained of feeling ill a few days prior but had otherwise appeared in good spirits to her relatives. Her death was reported in a number of local newspapers including the Middlesbrough Standard (published 15th January 1910).
