  Esther Louise Young was a widow at the time of her marriage, in 1964, to Joseph Henry Furmage. She had married on three previous occasions: in 1917 to George A Comley, in 1928 to William J Munday and in 1939, to Herbert Nelson Hamerton. She appears in the 1939 Register as Esther L Hamerton however “Furmage” has been later added as a record of her change in name on her marriage to Joseph Henry Furmage; her date of birth is recorded as 10 Feb 1895 whereas the GRO Death Index records it as 10 Feb 1894.
