- Albert’s given names are recorded as Albert Victor in the GRO Birth Index but as Albert Victor Wynn(e) in his baptism register entry and his death certificate (for example). The baptism register records his date of birth as 16 December 1884 whilst the 1939 Register records it as 15 December 1884.
By 1939 Albert’s first two spouses have died. The 1939 Register entry for Albert’s household records a married woman Annie Furmage, born 07 December 1892. The relationship between individuals is not shown and so it is only conjecture that she is the wife of Albert Furmage and a marriage record has not been identified to support this. However, both Albert Furmage and Annie Furmage are also recorded as co-resident on London Electoral Registers in the 1930’s (digital images accessed on www.ancestry.co.uk), The informant on Albert’s 1944 death certificate is an A. E. Howell, resident at the same address as Albert.
