Hubert’s date of birth has been assumed as the same as his twin brother.

Hubert (or Herbert) was killed when a passing vehicle collided with his bicycle on the Oval Road, Regent’s Park., London. He was taken to Hampstead General Hospital unconscious and died shortly after arrival there from “internal haemorrhage, caused by a severe blow on the chest.” (St Pancras Gazette (London), article entitled “Fatality at Oval Road” published 13 May 1927, Page: 8).
